Barbecue Sauce

Make your own barbecuesauce/marinade. You will never go back to the ones out off the store.
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon cumin seed
5 cloves
2 tablespoons fennel seeds, crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 cup fresh thyme
1/4 cup fresh rosemary
1 orange, zested and juiced
8 garlic cloves
4 teaspoons sweet smoked paprika
6 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup tomato ketchup
8 tablespoons olive oil
5 bay leaves
Directions:
1. Grind the cumin seeds and fennel seeds and cloves in a bowl with the salt and pepper.
2. Chop the rosemary and thyme leaves, orange zest and garlic together finely.
3. Put into a bowl with the spices.
4. At the balsamic vinegar, ketchup and olive oil.
5. Mix together.
6. Rub the sauce over your meat. Let the meat rest for at least 1 hour. Better to put the marinade ont the meat the night before.
