Barbecue Deer Jerky

Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs deer, sliced thick
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup sweet soy sauce
1/4 cup hot sauce
1 tablespoon liquid smoke
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon minced pickled jalapeno pepper
1/4 cup brown sugar
Directions:
1. Rub salt into deer meat.
2. Mix together all ingredients.
3. Marinate meat overnight in the fridge.
4. Dehydrate for 8 hours - don't overcook.
5. Yummy!
