Barbecue Beef Cups

Easy and yummy. Good to serve with mac and cheese!
Ingredients:
3/4 lb ground beef
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 (16 1/3 ounce) can refrigerated biscuits
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. Brown beef, drain fat.
3. Remove from heat and stir in BBQ sauce and brown sugar.
4. Grease a 6 cup jumbo muffin pan.
5. Place one biscuit in each and stretch dough up the sides.
6. Divide beef mixture among the cups and sprinkle with cheese.
7. Bake 10 to 12 minutes until golden.
