Ingredients:
10 large carrots, chopped
2 medium onion, chopped
10 stalks celery, chopped
1 lb chicken
32 oz chicken broth, reduced sodium
4 cups water
1 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
Directions:
1. Put chicken water in pot and simmer 45 minutes until tender. Remove chicken (save broth) and cool. Remove chicken meat from bone. Add to stock. Add all ingredents to stock. Cook another 1-1.5 hours.
