Bananas N Cream Bundt Cake

Great way to get rid of overripe bananas.
Ingredients:
1 stick butter-softened
1 1/4 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups mashed ripe bananas(3-4 medium)
2 cups cake flour
1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sour cream
1 cup chopped pecans-optional
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl,cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Add eggs one at a time,beating well after each addition.
3. Beat in vanilla.
4. Add bananas and mix well.
5. Sift together flour,baking powder,soda, and salt. Add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream,stirring until just combined after each addition.
6. Stir in pecans if using.
7. Pour batter into a greased and floured bundt or tube pan.
8. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
9. Cool in pan for 10 minutes then turn out onto wire rack to cool completely.
10. Dust with powdered sugar or top with cream cheese frosting.
