1 cup of dark brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup banana liquer
4 banana's cut into 1 inch rounds
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup dark rum
Directions:
1. Pour the milk over the oatmeal in a mixing bowl. Let stand for 5 mins.
2. In a seperate bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
3. Stir the beaten eggs into the oatmeal mixture.
4. Add the dry ingredients, stir in the oil.
5. Coat the frying pan with non stick cooking spray, heat until a drop of water will bounce around the pan.

7. Turn the pancakes over with a spatula.
8. Cook the second side until the edges are dry, about 1 to 2 minutes.
9. Sauce:
10. Combine butter, sugar and cinnamon in a skillet. Stir constantly!.
11. Add banana liquer and bananas and pecans.
12. Continue to cook until bananas begin to turn brown.
13. Add the rum, and ignite the pan to burn the alcohol away.
14. When the flames subside, spoon sauce over pancakes. Serve immediately.
15. Enjoy!!!
