Banana Yogurt Ice Cream

Delicious and very easy to make yogurt ice cream. You can use thickened cream instead of the yogurt if you prefer.
Ingredients:
2 medium bananas, peeled and quartered
1/2 cup caster sugar
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup low-fat milk
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt, stirred
Directions:
1. In blender or food processor, process the first four ingredients until bananas are pureed.
2. Stir in milk and yogurt.
3. Freeze in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions.
