Banana Whole Wheat Sourdough Muffins

wonderful muffins using sourdough starter
Ingredients:
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup organic sugar
1/3 cup dry powdered milk
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 ripe bananas
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup warm water
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 egg
1 cup sourdough starter
Directions:
1. Mix all but last 4 ingredients in large bowl.
2. In another bowl combine final four ingredients till well bleneded.
3. Add liquid to the dry gradually.
4. Spoon into muffin tins and bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
