1 cup oat bran
1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 eggs
1/2 cup canola oil
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients. Blend together.
