The Apple Tree Bar Washington, D.C. Ingredients:
1 ounce creme de banane |
1/2 ounce white creme de cacao |
1/2 ounce galliano |
1/2 banana, sliced and peeled |
6 ounces vanilla ice cream |
4 drops vanilla extract |
1 slice banana, with skin |
2 ounces pineapple juice |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients except banana slice with skin and pineapple juice in blender.
2. Blend until thick and creamy.
3. Pour into 14 oz wine glass.
4. Garnish with banana slice dipped into pineapple juice.
