100 g (1 small) cooked sweet potato
160 g egg whites
50 g vanilla whey/casein
6 g flaxseed
24 g coconut flour
Directions:
1. Blend everything in Magic Bullet for a minute or so ( let the egg whites gain some volume). Pan fry in coconut oil or with non-stick spray
