I made this based on what was in my freezer/pantry - just goes to show how easy a smoothie is.
Ingredients:
6 3/4 ounces orange juice
1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen mango
1 ripe banana
2 tablespoons wheat germ
1 tablespoon honey
5 ice cubes
Directions:
1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend.
