Ingredients:
1/2 banana,sliced
1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
6 oz fat free milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup ice, crushed
Directions:
1. add ingredients,except cinnamon, into blender and blend until smooth. (add 1 packet of truvia for sweetness)
2. Pour into tall glass. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon on shake.
