Easy to make . Perfect when you are in a hurry . My mom use to make when I was a little gal . She used coconut milk and all and Now dis is my healthy version
Ingredients:
2 cups water
4 tbsp instant rice flour with salt mixed in 1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup low fat evaporated milk
handful of raisins
1 big banana , sliced
2 cardamom
white sugar to taste
Directions:
1. Boil the water with raisins .
2. add the rice flour mix stirring constantly
3. lower the heat .
4. add the cardamom , milk .
5. stir .
6. add the banana slices
7. taste the sugar , and add onli if ders a need .
8. Can serve hot or cold .
