I have not tried this recipe. I got it from a recipe chat board.
Ingredients:
1 cup nonfat milk
1 1/2 cups frozen bananas, slices
1/2 cup pineapple chunk
5 frozen strawberries
1 1/2-2 tablespoons sweetened cocoa powder (to taste)
Directions:
1. Pour milk into the blender first.
2. Add cocoa and then fruit. Put cover on and blend until smooth.
