This is a super easy way to get going in the morning. Really easy to tweak by adding extra fruit like strawberries, blueberries, or peanut butter for some added protein. I also like to put in some flax seed and wheat germ.
Ingredients:
1 cup raw spinach
1 banana
3 ounces vanilla yogurt
1 teaspoon honey
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
