Banana Sour Cream-Walnut Loaf

I found this recipe many years ago in a Church cookbook. This is easy and very tasty!
Ingredients:
2/3 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups mashed bananas
2 3/4 cups flour, sifted
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugar in mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
2. Beat in eggs and bananas.
3. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture alternating with sour cream, stirring well after each addition.
4. Fold in walnuts.
5. Pour into greased and floured 5x9-inch loaf pan.
6. Bake at 350 for 1 1/4 hours or until loaf tests done.
7. Cool in pan for 20 minutes.
8. Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
9. Store tightly wrapped in refrigerator.
