A delicious and healthy drink.
Ingredients:
2 bananas
1/4 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons wheat germ
1 tablespoon honey
2 cups milk
ground nutmeg
Directions:
1. Put the bananas in a blender or food processor.
2. Add the yoghurt, honey, wheat germ, milk and nutmeg.
3. Process or blend until smooth.
4. Taste before serving and add more honey if you like.
