Ingredients:
2 tablespoon(s) brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup(s) cilantro leaves (chopped)
3 tablespoon(s) fresh lime juice
1/2 cup(s) green bell pepper (diced)
3 green onions minced
1/2 teaspoon(s) ground cardamom
1/2 habenero pepper, minced or 2 -3 jalapenos (seeded, minced)
2 large bananas (peeled, diced)
1 tablespoon(s) minced ginger root
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
1/2 cup(s) red bell pepper (diced)
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, and toss to mix. Correct seasonings to taste (salsa should be a little sweet, and a little sour). Refrigerate a couple of hours before serving.
