Ingredients:
2 tablespoons natural-style peanut butter
1 banana
1 tablespoon flax seed
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Directions:
1. Place banana on a plate.
2. place peanut butter on top. Spread around.
3. Pour flax seed on tope.
4. Pour spice on top.
5. Role around!
