Banana Raisin Muffins

Great for kids - no eggs, so safe for licking the bowl!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup oil
1/3-1/2 cup milk
2 bananas, ripe
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup raisins
turbinado sugar
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Measure first 6 ingredients into a bowl and mix.
3. In a separate bowl, mash bananas and add oil, milk and vanilla.
4. Add wet ingredients into dry and mix lightly.
5. Fold in raisins.
6. Fill muffin cup liners 2/3 full and sprinkle with Turbinado sugar.
7. Bake 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown.
8. Remove from pan to cool.
9. Enjoy!
