Banana bread meets Pumpkin Pie for breakfast
Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup kashi cereal
1/2 cup mashed banana
1/2 canned pumpkin
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ginger
2 tablespoons sugar or 2 tablespoons sugar substitute
1 cup water or 1 cup milk
Directions:
1. Bring water/milk to boil.
2. Add oats, cook 2 minutes.
3. Add banana and pumpkin, cook addition 1-2 minutes.
4. Season to taste with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and sugar.
5. Stir in Kashi Cereal.
