Banana Protein Smoothie/Shake (Ibs Safe)

Adapted from the IBS forum.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups soymilk (i use regular skim milk as it doesn't bother my ibs) or 1 1/2 cups rice milk (i use regular skim milk as it doesn't bother my ibs)
1 banana, ripe (i slice and freeze first)
3/4 tablespoon peanut butter
Directions:
1. Blend all in blender or magic bullet until smooth.
2. Enjoy!
