Very moist and delicious. Great to take to holiday dinners, picnics, and a good birthday cake.
Ingredients:
1 (18 ounce) pkge. yellow cake mix
1 (3 ounce) package banana cream instant pudding
4 eggs
1 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup mashed ripe banana
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and beat 4 minutes on medium speed.
2. Bake in 2- 9 inch greased and floured layer pans at 350 degrees for 33-38 minutes.
3. Frost with a chocolate or cream cheese icing.
