Ingredients:
2 cups plain fat-free yogurt
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1 banana, ripe
8 (1 g) packets sugar substitute
1 cup ice cube
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
fresh pineapple slice, for garnish (optional)
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender.
2. Cover; blend until smooth.
3. Pour into 4 serving glasses.
4. Garnish with pineapple slices, if desired.
