A very yummy shake to get your day going, or when you need a fast pick me up.
Ingredients:
1 medium banana
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon lecithin powder
1 tablespoon brewer's yeast
1 cup milk (organic if you can find it)
1 tablespoon oat bran
1 tablespoon malt drink powder (optional)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. Put all in a blender and mix till banana is throughly mixed.
