Tasty vegan loaf or muffins
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vinegar
3 ripe bananas
1/2 peanut butter
2 tablespoons peanut butter
3/4 cup oil
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Mix the flour, sugar, and baking powder.
2. Mash the bananas with a fork.
3. Add the bananas, oil, vinegar, peanut butter, and vanilla extract to the flour mixture.
4. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees for loaf. Bake 20-30 minutes for muffins.
