Banana Pancakes With Lemon Sauce

These are incredible. I got this recipe from a friend several years ago and when I make pancakes, this and my raspberry pecan pancakes are the two I usually turn too. Enjoy
Ingredients:
2/3 cup flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1-1/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons oil
1 medium ripe banana finely chopped
sauce
1/4 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon lemon
1 orange
2 teaspoons cinnamon
3 bananas diced
1 tablespoon honey
Directions:
1. Combine flours, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl.
2. Mix together milk and oil and stir into dry mixture just enough to moisten.
3. Spoon onto a hot well greased griddle and turn once.
4. To make sauce grate orange to produce grated rind.
5. Squeeze juice from orange and 1/2 lemon.
6. In small saucepan melt butter then add bananas and simmer until bananas are soft.
7. Add remaining ingredients and serve hot over pancakes.
