Banana Pancakes

My uncle made this for us when we would visit. They would disappear as fast as he could make them.
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 3/4 cup milk
2 eggs
4 t. butter, melted
2 t. sugar
2 t. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 bananas, t hinly sliced
Directions:
1. Beat eggs in mixing bowl until fluffy.
2. Add milk, vanilla, and melted butter.
3. Stir in dry ingredients.
4. Drop by 1/4 cupfuls on to greased griddle over medium high heat.
5. Put a layer of bananas slices on pancake (not touching or overlapping). Flip when top is covered by popped air bubbles. Remove when golden brown on both sides. Serve with butter and syrup.
