Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tablespoon brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup skim milk
1 egg
1/4 c applesauce
2 medium bananas, preferably overripe and mashed
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
2. Combine wet ingredients.
3. Wisk in dry ingredients.
4. Using a 1/4 cup measure drop batter onto a hot frying pan.
5. When pancakes begin to bubble flip them.
6. Finished when golden on both sides
