Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups pancake mix

Directions:

  1. Heat griddle and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, combine bananas, water and vanilla. Whisk in pancake mix. Batter will be slightly lumpy.
  3. Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto hot griddle. Cook 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown.
