Banana Oatmeal Muffins

These muffins are very moist because of the secret ingredient: Yogourt! very delicious you will want to try them with any fruit you want.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup plain yogurt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup canola oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped banana
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup oat bran
Directions:
1. Preheat oven at 350°F.
2. Butter 12 muffin cups.
3. In first bowl combine yogourt and baking soda.
4. In second bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt.
5. In third bowl, mix brown sugar, egg and oil. Mix this mixture to the dry ingredients in small quantities, alternating with yogourt.
6. Add vanilla extract, bananas, nuts and bran mix together until incorporated. Fill muffin cups, cook for 35 minutes.
