Banana oatmeal muffins using flax seed meal to replace the oil
Ingredients:
1 cup oatmeal, 1/3 cup sugar, 1 tbsp baking powder, 1/2 cup milk, 3/4 cup flax seed meal, 1 egg, 2 bananas
Directions:
1. mix dry ingredients
2. beat together milk, egg and banana and add to dry mixture just until blended.
3. Bake at 400 for 20 - 25 min
