Banana Oatbran Muffins (No Eggs)

Muffins
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
2 cups bran flakes, crushed in food processor
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk, lowfat, fluid, 1% milkfat
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 bananas, mashed
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.
3. Add milk and vanilla, stirring just until combined.
4. Mix in bananas.
5. Divide batter into 12 muffin cups (spray pan with nonstick spray first).
6. Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 15-20 minutes.
7. Transfer to plate or wire rack to cool.
8. Serve warm or at room temperature.
