Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Combine first 8 ingredients in large bowl.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Blend egg beaters, vinilla, banana, and apple sauce until smooth.
  5. Add banana mixture to dry ingredients.
  6. Stir until moist.
  7. Add sunflower seeds.
  8. Use muffin pan with medium size muffin cups, spray with cooking spray.
  9. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
  10. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until tops spring back when lightly touched.
