Ingredients:
1/4 c oats
1/2 c nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 c milk
1 banana, peeled and broken into a few pieces
2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Enjoy immediately.
