Banana Oat Brown Sugar Muffins

Tasty, easy and healthy muffins.
Ingredients:
2 mashed bananas, ripe
4 tablespoons condensed milk
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup oats (can be omitted)
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 scoop whey protein powder (can omit and add another 1/2 cup of flour)
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine all ingredients. Do not overmix.
3. Grease muffin tray and if desired, crumble additional brown sugar on top of muffins.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
