Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Measure and stir as your mix says for waffles.
  2. I used 2 cups of a generic biscuit mix 1 cup water and 2 tbs oil.
  3. I then added a teaspoon of vanilla
  4. 1 tablespoon sugar
  5. 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
  6. 1 banana that had been frozen
  7. (freezing the banana then thawing it makes it easier to blend into the mix. I put over-ripe bananas into the freezer in a zip-lockbag for using in recipes.)
  8. Stir just til mixed.
  9. Cook on hot waffle iron according to your irons instructions.
