Banana Nut Raisin Splenda Muffins

When my son became JD we needed a muffin recipe that had splenda in it - this is our family invention - around home we call it the 3 T's Terrific Everything Muffins but I wasn't sure that would search very well! :)
Ingredients:
1/3 cup butter, softened
1 cup splenda granular
1 egg
3 bananas, overripe
2 tablespoons milk
1 cup white flour
1 cup wheat flour
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup raisins
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup wheat germ
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spray muffin tin w/ baking spray.
3. Soak raisins in hot water to swell.
4. Mix butter, splenda & egg together.
5. In separate bowl mash bananas, add milk.
6. Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl.
7. Add to butter mixture.
8. Turn in bananas.
9. Drain raisins and add.
10. Add chopped walnuts.
11. Divide evenly in 12 cup muffin pan.
12. Bake 30-35 minutes until golden.
