Ingredients:

  • 3 cups wheat flour
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup pecans

Directions:

  1. Soak flour overnight in buttermilk 12-24 hours
  2. Blend in remaining ingredients
  3. Pour into greased stone muffin tin
  4. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
