Tasty healthy muffins
Ingredients:
1/3 cup applesauce
1/4 cup oil
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 -4 ripe bananas
2 eggs
2/3 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup wheat germ
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup nuts
Directions:
1. Mix all wet ingredients.
2. Mash bananas and add into it.
3. Add wheat germ, oats.
4. Add flour until not drippy.
5. Add rest of ingredients.
6. Add into muffin tin.
7. bake at 325 for 32 minutes for muffins.
