Banana Nut Bread

This recipe came from a cookbook I got for Christmas from a friend of mine.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
5 tablespoons butter
1 1/3 cups mashed ripe bananas
1 egg
2 egg whites
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup walnuts
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Spray large loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray, set aside.
3. Beat sugars and butter inlarge bowl with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add banans, egg and egg whites. Sift together flour, baking soda and salt in medium bowl, add to banana mixture. Stir in walnuts. Pour into prepared loaf pan.
4. Bake 1 hour or until wooden pick inserted into center comes out clean. Remove from pan. Cool on wire rack 10 minutes. Serve warm or cool completely.
