Ingredients:
4 cups wheat flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup honey
4 egg whites
3/4 cup skim milk
4 bananas
1/2 cup applesauce
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients well and place in muffin pans.
2. Spray with canola spray before filling - using a Pampered Chef stone muffin pan.
3. This recipe makes 16 good sized muffins. Bake at 350 degree F for 40 minutes.
