Ingredients:
4 ripe bananas, chopped
4 scoops vanilla ice cream
3 tablespoons milo
250 ml long-life milk (dairy farmers brand)
1 pinch nutmeg
Directions:
1. Place bananas, ice-cream, Milo, milk and nutmeg in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into serving glasses and serve immediately.
