A rich milkshake that is a great alternative to fastfood type drinks.
Ingredients:
1 medium banana, frozen, peeled
6 oz skim milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
1. Break frozen banana into quarters and place in blender.
2. Pulse blender to chop banana.
3. Add milk, vanilla, and cinimon.
4. Blend until smooth. (Note: overblending will make it runny)
