Banana Milk And Cinnamon Gelatin

Delicious and refreshing banana gelatin, very easy and quick, ideal for summertime. We like it drizzled with light cream and crushed graham crackers on top of the banana slices.
Ingredients:
1 cup (250 ml) boiling water
1 cup (250 ml) cold milk (whole or skimmed)
1 (3 ounce) package banana flavored gelatin
2 tbsp sugar or agave syrup (my option)
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 ripe banana, sliced
Directions:
1. Combine gelatin and boiling water until dissolved. Add cold milk, sugar OR syrup and cinnamon and mix well
2. Pour into 4 individual ramekins or flan molds and cool.
3. Chill until set (3-4 hours).
4. Unmold the gelatin on individual dessert plates and garnish with the banana slices.
5. Optionally you can serve this dessert adding a little more syrup on top of the gelatin flans, some light cream aside and crushed graham crackers on top of the banana slices.
