Creamy pudding with lemon and honey flavor. Ingredients:
3 bananas, large mashed |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
10 ounces milk |
1 tablespoon gelatin, dissolved in water |
2 tablespoons water, hot |
2 teaspoons lemon zest |
3 tablespoons honey |
10 ounces heavy cream, whipped stiffly |
5 ounces water |
Directions:
1. Mix bananas and lemon juice. 2. Put milk and honey in a saucepan and heat, stirring constantly, until blended. 3. Beat into the bananas with the gelatin water and lemon zest. 4. Pour into serving bowl. 5. When mixture is slightly stiff, fold in the cream. |
