Ingredients:
6 ripe bananas
300 gms sugar
4 tbsp ghee
half tspn cardamom powder
5 cashew nuts
10 raisins
250 ml water
Directions:
1. Pour ghee in a pan
2. Add sugar to it n stir fry till the sugar disolves well in the ghee
3. Mash the bananas n add to it
4. Pour water n stir it
5. Cook slowly in low flame till the water goes n till it thickens
6. Put cardamom powder
7. Take another pan heat one tspn ghee
8. Fry cashew nuts n raisins
9. Now put the fried cashews n raisins to the halwa
