Banana Grape Waldorf Salad With Lime Cream

A very quick and nutritious way to get a variety of fruit in one tasty salad. Mandarin oranges and pineapple could be other fruit additions. Wish I could add fresh mint, but that's gone with the warm temps :(
Ingredients:
1/4 cup mayonnaise (i like the added zing of miracle whip)
1/4 cup sour cream or yogurt
1 tsp lime juice, divided
1 tart apple, diced (unpeeled for extra color)
1 banana, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup red grapes, halved
1/4 cup dried cranberries
toasted almonds, peanuts, cashews, etc. for garnish
Directions:
1. Combine mayo or Miracle Whip with sour cream/yogurt and 1/2 tsp lime juice.
2. Cut fruit and toss with additional lime juice to prevent browning. Fold in dressing and dried cranberries.
3. Chill at least one hour before serving (if possible).
4. Serve the salad piled on a lettuce leaf. Garnish with toasted almonds, peanuts, or cashew pieces.
