I have not tried this smoothie. I'm posting this for safe keeping. I found this recipe in Fitness Rx magazine.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups very cold 1% low-fat milk
1/2 cup soft silken tofu
2 ripe med bananas, frozen and cut into 1-inch chunks
2 tablespoons unsweetened natural cocoa powder
1 teaspoon agave nectar or 1 teaspoon dark honey
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
